All orders are dispatched from our packaging hub in West Midlands within one business day. Please note that orders cannot be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays due to courier unavailability. Orders placed before 16:00 pm will be dispatched the same business day, while those placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification including a tracking number when your order is on its way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Any such charges are your responsibility, as we are unable to cover them.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to check its progress. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period after receiving your dispatch confirmation, please reach out to us.
